These terms govern your use of krasoden.online (“the site”), published by BUILDKEPITEL WORK s.r.o., Vosmíkových 930/12, Libeň, 180 00 Praha 8, Czech Republic, company number 08814023. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.
1. What this site is
The site is a free, advertising-funded publication of editorial articles about mobile games. It is not a shop. Nothing is sold to you here, no account is offered, and no payment is ever requested from a reader.
2. Access and availability
The site is offered free of charge and as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice. Nothing on the site is personalised: every visitor is served the same static pages.
3. Nature of the content
Articles are informational and editorial. They are not professional, financial, legal or medical advice, and they are not a substitute for the official documentation of the products discussed. We describe games as we understand them at the time of writing; those games are updated frequently by their publishers, and details go out of date. Where our description conflicts with the information published by a product's own publisher, that publisher's information prevails.
4. Advertising and affiliate links
The site carries advertising. Some links are affiliate links, visibly labelled “partner link”, and earn BUILDKEPITEL WORK s.r.o. a commission if you act on them. This costs you nothing additional. Clicking such a link takes you to a third party whose own terms and privacy policy then apply — not ours. 5. Age
The site is intended for adults. Games discussed here carry their own age ratings set by the app stores and by rating bodies; check those before installing anything, and note that games featuring paid random-reward mechanics are not suitable for children.
6. Permitted use
You may read, print and share links to the site freely. You may quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link. You may not:
- republish substantial parts of the site, in any medium, without our written permission;
- reproduce our original diagrams outside the context of a quotation, or present them as your own work;
- use automated means to place an unreasonable load on the server;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, the server or any connected system;
- frame the site in a way that misrepresents its origin, or remove the advertising disclosures from it.

All original content on the site — text, layout, stylesheet and diagrams — belongs to BUILDKEPITEL WORK s.r.o. or is used with permission. Third-party trademarks named on the site belong to their owners and are used for identification only; see the legal notice.

To the extent permitted by law, BUILDKEPITEL WORK s.r.o. is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the content of the site, from its unavailability, or from your dealings with a third party reached through a link. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer protection law.

We may amend these terms. The version published on this page at the moment you use the site is the version that applies, and the date at the top records the last change.
11. Governing law
Czech law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory protections available to consumers under the law of their country of residence.
